Ski boot consisting, overall, of a shell surmounted by an upper (1) comprising a rear entry for the passage of the foot and at least one system (6) for clamping the upper (1) on the lower leg, means for controlling the flex (bending) in terms of amplitude and force towards the front of the said upper being arranged at the rear of the boot. These means consist of a movement damper (9) securely attached to the bottom shell (4) on which it is articulated by means of a hinge (10), which damper (9) comprises a movable stop (12) formed by its edges, capable of interacting with a stationary stop (11) of the bottom shell (4) from a position corresponding to a start of flex (bending) control. Chaussure de ski globalement constituée d'une coque surmontée d'une tige (1) comprenant une ouverture postérieure pour le passage du pied, et au moins un système de serrage (6) de la tige (1) sur le bas de jambe, des moyens de contrôle de la flexion en amplitude et en effort vers l'avant de ladite tige étant disposés à l'arrière de la chaussure. Ces moyens sont constitués par un volet d'énergie (9) solidaire du bas de coque (4) sur lequel il est articulé par l'intermédiaire d'une charnière (10), lequel volet (9) comporte une butée mobile (12) constituée par ses chants, susceptible de coopérer avec une butée fixe (11) du bas de coque (4) à partir d'une position correspondant à un début de contrôle de flexion.
