Abstract (en)

The invention relates to a flexible solelike stabilising element (10) for the manufacture of shoes. It consists essentially of a resilient sheet (11) which has great rigidity transversely to the longitudinal axis (1) of the shoe and great flexibility along the longitudinal axis (1) of the shoe. Size and shape of the sheet (11) are to be standardised to the minimum of a group of consecutive shoe sizes and shapes. The sheet (11) is surrounded by a layer made of sole material (15), the contour (16) of the sole material (15) being standardised to the maximum of the group of consecutive shoe sizes and shapes. The final shape of the stabilising element arises by punching out along the contour line (17) which extends only in the sole material (15) and not in the sheet material (11). <IMAGE>

Abstract (de)

Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein flexibles, sohlenartiges Stabilisierungselement (10) zur Herstellung von Schuhen. Es besteht im wesentlichen aus einem federnden Blech (11), welches quer zur Schuhlängsachse (1) eine hohe Steifigkeit und längs zur Schuhlängsachse (1) eine hohe Flexibilität besitzt. Größe und Form des Blechs (11) sind auf das Minimum einer Gruppe von aufeinanderfolgenden Schuhgrößen und -formen normiert. Das Blech (11) ist umgeben von einer Schicht aus Sohlenmaterial (15), wobei der Umriß (16) des Sohlenmaterials (15) auf das Maximum der Gruppe von aufeinanderfolgenden Schuhgrößen und -formen normiert ist. Die endgültige Form des Stabilisierungselementes entsteht durch Ausstanzen entlang der Umrißlinie (17), die nur im Sohlenmaterial (15), nicht im Blechmaterial (11) verläuft. <IMAGE>
