The invention relates to pinch-pointing jaws for nail making machines, comprising an elongate prismatic main body (1) of trapezoidal cross-section. A reversible and/or exchangeable insert (3) composed of wear-resistant material into which the pinch-pointing profile (4) is machined is arranged in a recess (6) in the end of the main body (1) and screwed to the main body (1). The recess (6) has lateral and/or rearward bearing surfaces and a bearing surface inclined at an angle of between 10 DEG and 30 DEG to the bottom surface of the main body (1). <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Zwickbacken für Maschinen zur Nagelherstellung, bestehend aus einem länglichen, prismenförmigen Grundkörper (1) mit trapezförmigem Querschnitt. In einer stirnseitigen Ausnehmung (6) des Grundkörpers (1) ist ein umsetzbarer und/oder auswechselbarer Einsatz (3) aus verschleißfestem Material, in den das Zwickprofil (4) eingearbeitet ist, angeordnet und mit dem Grundkörper (1) verschraubt. Die Ausnehmung (6) weist seitliche und/oder rückwärtige Anlageflächen sowie eine unter einem Winkel zwischen 10<o> und 30<o> zur Bodenfläche des Grundkörpers (1) geneigte Anlagefläche auf. <IMAGE>
