Abstract (en)
The belt dryer comprises a container (1) which is divided into two chambers (31, 32) by a partition (33) and a charging device (11) as well as an extraction device (20). The chambers (31, 32) are in each case connected to a heat-energy generating device (39, 40) and a vacuum device, so that different pressure ratios can be created in the chambers. It is thus ensured that the water-vapour partial pressure in the second chamber (32) is not influenced by the partial pressure at the inlet into the first chamber (31). <IMAGE>

Der Bandtrockner umfasst einen Behälter (1), der durch eine Trennwand (33) in zwei Kammern (31,32) unterteilt ist und eine Beschickungseinrichtung (11) sowie eine Austrageinrichtung (20). Die Kammern (31,32) sind jeweils mit einer Wärmeenergieerzeugungseinrichtung (39,40) und einer Vakuumeinrichtung verbunden, so dass in den Kammern unterschiedliche Druckverhältnisse zeugt werden können. Dabei ist sichergestellt, dass der Wasserdampfpartialdruck in der zweiten Kammer (32) vom Partialdruck am Einlass in die erste Kammer (31) nicht beeinflusst wird. <IMAGE>
