[origin: EP0505699A1] The invention relates to a supporting device for holding an object (1) to be enamelled by a dip-enamelling process, the said device having two through-openings arranged at a distance from each other. According to the invention, two guide elements (15) made of an insulating material are arranged on the supporting device (3) in such a way that one guide element (15) is in each case assigned to one through-opening. In this arrangement, each guide element (15) has a guide section (19) which adjoins a fastening section (17) for connecting to the supporting device (3), extends at a predeterminable angle (a) obliquely from the supporting device (3) and engages in a through-opening during holding of the object (1), so that the object (1) is guided over the guide sections (19) for holding. Each guide section (19) is arranged and/or designed in such a way that, after pushing onto the guide elements (15), the object (1) can be swivelled in the direction of the supporting device (3). <IMAGE>
