The invention relates to a glazed fire door (1), in particular for use inside a fireproof glazing for avoiding the passage of fire and smoke during a fire from one room into another, with at least one fireproof plate (2a, 2b) which contains a foaming agent as protective active ingredient and which is held by a pivotable door frame (7) which has a door profile (8) which is arranged on a perpendicular end surface of the fireproof plate and which, with the glazed door (1) closed, bears via seals (9) against a stationary frame profile (10). In order to produce a simply constructed glazed door (1), the structural parts of which require no additional fireproofing measures, such as for example insulation of the supporting construction, and to reduce the possible heat bridges to a minimum, it is proposed with the invention that the door profile (8) of the door frame (7) is designed as a flat profile which the adjacent abutting surface (13b) of the fireproof plate (2a) adjoins without insulation, forming a narrow gap (14), and that, in the event of fire, the gap (14) is sealed by the foaming agent of the fireproof plate (2b) in a fireproof and smokeproof manner and with simultaneous cooling of the adjoining part of the door profile (8). <IMAGE>

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Glastür (1) für Brandschutzzwecke, insbesondere zur Verwendung innerhalb einer Brandschutzverglasung zur Vermeidung des Durchtritts von Feuer und Rauch im Brandfall von einem Raum in einen anderen, mit mindestens einer ein aufschäumendes Mittel als Schutzwirkstoff enthaltenden Brandschutzscheibe (2a,2b), die von einem verschwenkbaren Türrahmen (7) gehalten ist, der ein an einer senkrechten Stirnfläche der Brandschutzscheibe angeordnetes Türprofil (8) aufweist, welches bei geschlossener Glastür (1) über Dichtungen (9) an einem feststehenden Zargenprofil (10) anliegt. Um eine einfach aufgebaute Glastür (1) zu schaffen, deren Bauteile keine zusätzlichen Brandschutzmaßnahmen, wie etwa die Isolierung der tragenden Konstruktion, erfordern und die möglichen Wärmebrücken auf ein Mindestmaß zu reduzieren, wird mit der Erfindung vorgeschlagen, daß das Türprofil (8) des Türrahmens (7) als Flachprofil ausgebildet ist, an das die benachbarte Stoßfläche (13b) der Brandschutzscheibe (2a) unter Bildung einer schmalen Fuge (14) ohne Isolierung angrenzt und daß die Fuge (14) im Brandfall durch das aufschäumende Mittel der Brandschutzscheibe (2b) feuer- und rauchdicht und unter gleichzeitiger Kühlung des angrenzenden Teils des Türprofils (8) verschlossen wird. <IMAGE>
