A mobile apparatus (100) having a device (75) disposed thereon for producing profiled road markings (1) from a cold plastic mass with suitably applied glass beads or other reflective materials is proposed. The apparatus (75) comprises substantially a container (40) designed to receive the cold plastic mass, a stirring mechanism (30) correspondingly disposed in the container (40) and driven in a rotating manner, and a closure plate (60) correspondingly allocated to the lower part of the container. On the side directed towards the road, the container (40) or a corresponding base plate is provided with a number of holes disposed at a distance from one another, oriented substantially transversely to the direction of transport (X) and matched to the width of the road marking (1) to be produced, by means of which holes the road marking (1) formed from bead strips and channel-like drainages is applied. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Es wird eine mobile Einrichtung (100) mit einer daran angeordneten Vorrichtung (75) zur Herstellung von profilierten Fahrbahnmarkierungen (1) aus einer Kaltplastikmasse mit entsprechend aufgebrachten Glasperlen oder anderen reflektierenden Materialien vorgeschlagen. Die Vorrichtung (75) umfasst im wesentlichen einen zur Aufnahme der Kaltplastikmasse ausgebildeten Behälter (40), ein entsprechend im Behälter (40) angeordnetes und rotierend angetriebenes Rührwerk (30) und eine dem unteren Behälterteilstück entsprechend zugeordnete Verschlussplatte (60). Auf der der Fahrbahn zugewandten Seite ist der Behälter (40) oder eine entsprechende Bodenplatte mit einer auf die Breite der herzustellenden Fahrbahnmarkierung (1) abgestimmten und im wesentlichen quer zur Transportrichtung (X) orientierten Anzahl im Abstand zueinander angeordneter Löcher versehen, mittels welcher die aus Wulststreifen und kanalartigen Drainagen gebildete Fahrbahnmarkierung (1) aufgetragen wird. <IMAGE>
