Abstract (en)
The invention relates to a watch displaying the time by means of concentric annular discs containing markers for hours (4) and for minutes (5), the discs being arranged inside a case (1) provided with a central opening (10) passing right through the case as well as the discs. The case furthermore comprises a projecting portion forming a compartment (15) inside which is arranged a conventional analogue timepiece movement, and a gear train intended to transmit the rotation of the minute shaft, or cannon, from the movement to the discs in order to indicate the time. The movement's time setting mechanism, controlled by a crown (19), is used, without modification, to set the time on the display of the watch. <IMAGE>
