2.1. In hinged-lid packages comprising a package part (12) and a lid (13) hinged to the rear wall (15) of the package, the problem consists in the precise closed position of the lid (13). This applies, above all, to hinged-lid packages with rounded longitudinal edges (10, 11). <??>To produce an additional closing force, outwardly directed deformations, namely convex curves (38) are formed in the free part in the region of side walls (28, 29) of a collar (26). These deformations rest against the insides of the lid side walls (17) with increased friction and thus with production of an increased closing force. <??>2.2. The deformation of the collar side walls (28, 29) is achieved in that longitudinal edges (30, 31) of the collar are formed so as to diverge towards the free edge. Due to a material constriction, this results in the deformation of the collar side walls (28, 29). <??>2.3. As a further or alternative closing aid, an upright or oblique incision (39) is introduced in the region of the collar side walls (28, 29). This incision produces a projecting holding edge due to the convex curve (38). Said holding edge likewise rests against the inside of the side walls (28, 29) of the package, producing an increased closing force. <??>2.4. Furthermore, the package or the blank is designed in a particular manner, such that rounded contours fit together at the ends of the blank, engaging one another, and can be separated from a piece of material without waste. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
2.1. Bei Klappschachteln aus Schachtelteil (12) und an eine Schachtel-Rückwand (15) angelenktem Deckel (13) besteht das Problem der exakten Schließstellung des Deckels (13). Dies gilt vor allem bei Klappschachteln mit abgerundeten Längskanten (10, 11). Zur Erzeugung einer zusätzlichen Schließkraft sind im Bereich von Kragen-Seitenwänden (28, 29) eines Kragens (26) im freien Teil nach außen gerichtete Verformungen, nämlich Auswölbungen (38) gebildet. Diese liegen unter erhöhter Reibung und damit unter Erzeugung einer erhöhten Schließkraft an den Innenseiten der Deckel-Seitenwände (17) an. 2.2. Die Verformung der Kragen-Seitenwände (28, 29) wird dadurch erzielt, daß Kragen-Längskanten (30, 31) zum freien Rand hin divergierend ausgebildet sind. Dadurch entsteht infolge einer Materialzwängung die Verformung der Kragen-Seitenwände (28, 29). 2.3. Als weitere bzw. alternative Schließhilfe ist im Bereich der Kragen-Seitenwände (28, 29) ein aufrechter bzw. schräggerichteter Schnitt (39) angebracht. Dieser erzeugt durch die Auswölbung (38) eine vorstehende Haltekante. Diese liegt ebenfalls an der Innenseite der Schachtel-Seitenwände (28, 29) unter Erzeugung einer erhöhten Schließkraft an. 2.4. Darüber hinaus ist die Packung bzw. der Zuschnitt besonders gestaltet, derart, daß abgerundete Konturen an den Enden des Zuschnitts passend ineinander greifen und abfallfrei von einem Materialstück abgetrennt werden können. <IMAGE>
