A slicing machine (1) comprises a circular knife (8), an adjustable stop plate (9), a cutting-product slide (5) preferably driven by a motor, an automatic cutting-product advancing device, a first actuating device (37) for adjusting the stop plate as a function of a desired cutting thickness (slice thickness), and a second actuating device (7) coupled to the first and intended for adjusting the cutting-product advancing path on the cutting-product slide (5) as a function of a desired cutting thickness (slice thickness). The first actuating device (37) for the stop plate comprises a first curved path (39), and the actuating device (7) for the cutting-product advance has a second curved path (32) connected to the first in such a way as to be fixed in terms of rotation. <IMAGE>

Eine Aufschnittschneidemaschine (1) umfaßt ein Kreismesser (8), eine verstellbare Anschlagplatte (9), einen vozugsweise motorisch angetriebenen Schneidgutschlitten (5), eine automatische Schneidgutzustelleinrichtung, eine erste Stelleinrichtung (37) zur Einstellung der Anschlagplatte in Abhängigkeit von einer gewünschten Schnittstärke (Scheibendicke) und eine mit der ersten gekoppelten, zweite Stelleinrichtung (7) zur Einstellung des Schneidgutzustellweges auf dem Schneidgutschlitten (5) in Abhängigkeit von einer gewünschten Schnittstärke (Scheibendicke). Die erste Stelleinrichtung (37) für die Anschlagplatte umfaßt eine erste Kurvenbahn (39), und die Stelleinrichtung (7) für die Schneidgutzustellung weist eine mit der ersten drehfest verbundene, zweite Kurvenbahn (32) auf. <IMAGE>
