Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0507376A1] For winding electrical coils having different winding wires (50, 50') and/or different winding wire diameters, a wire guide head (30') is constructed on the carrier (20) such that it can pivot, which wire guide head has at least two wire guides (31, 31') which are arranged offset with respect to one another, in each case only one (31' or 31 respectively) being located in the winding position and the other (31 or 31' respectively) being located in each case in the waiting position. Between two clips (35, 35') and the wire guides (31, 31'), the wire guide head (30') has a slot (38) which is constructed like a curve and through which two deflection pins (28, 28') project, which are arranged at a distance from one another in the carrier (20). The winding wire (50 or 50') which is guided around the deflection pin (28 or 28' respectively) can be pulled back in the respective wire guide (31 or 31' respectively) to the minimum required length through the clip (35 or 35') which can be pivoted into the waiting position. For clarity, the parts (20, 30') shown separately in Fig. 2b form a unit, in that the wire guide head (30') can be inserted by means of a pin (33) into a hole (21) in the carrier (20), and is constructed such that it can pivot, limited by stop surfaces (24, 24'). <IMAGE>
