[origin: WO9105720A1] A device for storing and transporting waste products comprises a primary holder (1), which is open on at least one side, and closable by closing means (10, 16), and which has separate compartments accessible from the open side and rotatable transport means (23). The compartments are formed by secondary holders (7, 15) which are removably arranged in the primary holder (1). One (24) of the secondary holders (7) is provided with a separate, child-proof closing member (25). The device is used in particular for storing and transporting household refuse which has been sorted according to type, and is deposited in the separate compartments. Chemical waste products are stored separately in the child-proof compartment (24).
