[origin: FR2656687A1] A method for mounting a machine part on a support involves: forming a raised projecting portion located substantially perpendicularly to the connecting face (3) of the anchoring base; depositing a layer of at least one of the components of a eutectic on at least one fixing area (21) of the support; causing the connecting face (3) of the machine part to interact with the fixing area (21) of the support, by means of a tool (22) which holds the raised portion (8) of said part; raising the temperature to the eutectic's eutectoid point; applying a force on part of the raised portion (8); and simultaneously subjecting the part or the support to mechanical stress. The method can be used for mounting a capacitance sensor.

Montage d'une pièce mécanique sur un support. Le procédé de montage comprend les étapes suivantes: réaliser une surépaisseur saillante située sensiblement à l'aplomb de la face de liaison (3) du pied d'ancrage; procéder au dépôt d'une couche de l'un des constituants d'un eutectique sur au moins une zone de fixation (21) du support, amener la pièce à l'aide d'un outil (22) pour la maintenir par sa surépaisseur (8), à coopérer, par sa face de liaison (3), avec la zone de fixation (21) du support, procéder à une élévation de température jusqu'à un point d'eutexie de l'eutectique, exercer un effort localisé sur la surépaisseur (8), et soumettre, simultanément, la pièce ou le support à des sollicitations mécaniques. Application au montage d'un capteur capacitif.
