These fuel distributors take up a lot of space and are difficult to connect to fuel lines. <??>In the case of the new fuel distributor (1) both the inlet and the return connections (37, 33) can be arranged at one end of the fuel distributor (1) so that assembly of the fuel distributor (1) is simplified and the space requirement is reduced. A connection cover (21) with a return connection (33) is arranged on the distributor housing (11) and a central pressure governor (43) on the front of a second end (41).
