Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0508157A2] A light projector (10) has a main housing part (16) which is embraced externally on both sides by the two bracket limbs (12, 13) of a U-shaped retaining bracket (11) and is retained thereon at least indirectly in a manner capable of tilting about a tilt axis (z). On the outside, the main housing part (16) retains two support rods (18), which can be displaced relative to the retaining bracket (11) and are spaced apart parallel to one another in a plane in conjunction with the tilt axis (z) on two mutually opposite housing mounting points (17) arranged on both sides. Projector auxiliary parts (31, 32, 34) are arranged on the support rods (18) such that they can be displaced axially and can be adjusted in a lockable fashion. A light projector (10) suitable in particular for heavy projector auxiliary parts (31, 32, 34) is provided when the main housing part (16) forms a joining bridge which is rigidly and non-displaceably mounted on the two housing mounting points (17) between the two support rods (18). In this case, in addition to the tilt adjustment in the tilt axis (z) the two support rods (18) are also retained inside on the bracket limbs (12, 13) such that they can be displaced axially and can be adjusted in a lockable fashion. <IMAGE>
