2.1 A known intake system for an internal combustion engine with compression ignition has an air intake pipe which is connected by way of intake connections to the inlet ports of the cylinder head of the internal combustion engine. The intake system can also be manufactured as a pressure die-casting, the mould having to be assembled from a plurality of mould cores. 2.2 According to the invention the intake system is assembled from an air manifold 4 and an adaptor plate 3 which are inexpensive and easy to manufacture. In addition, the adaptor plate 3 is provided with slots 13 for fixing the position of connecting elements 14 of the injection line 15a, 15b. This simplifies the overall assembly. <IMAGE>

2.1 Ein bekanntes Ansaugsystem für eine selbstzündende Brennkraftmaschine weist ein Luftansaugrohr auf, das über Ansaugstutzen mit den Einlaßkanälen des Zylinderkopfes der Brennkraftmaschine verbunden ist. Dabei ist das Ansaugsystem als Druckgußteil herstellbar, wobei die Gußform aus mehreren Gußkernen zusammengesetzt werden muß. 2.2 Erfindungsgemäß ist das Ansaugsystem aus einem Luftsammler 4 und einer Adpaterplatte 3 zusammengesetzt, die leicht und kostengünstig herstellbar sind. Weiterhin ist die Adapterplatte 3 mit Schlitzen 13 zur Lagefixierung von Verbindungselementen 14 der Einspritzleitung 15a, 15b versehen. Damit wird die Montage insgesamt vereinfacht. <IMAGE>
