Abstract (en)
The cover cloth (covering material) has a shape-stable backing cloth with a lower layer of high tenacity polypropylene, polyester or polyamide yarn and an upper layer of likewise strong cotton yarn. The mesh width is in each case between 0.1 mm and 2 mm. In the interest of a physiologically favourable and pleasant surface, the cover cloth is provided with a top material (7) whose weft comprises bouclé threads (8) with a core thread of nylon, cotton or polyester and a sheath of untreated cotton, and warp threads (9) of cotton. The bouclé threads (8) are threaded in a floating manner between connecting sections (10) at which they are threaded under warp threads of the backing cloth (1). The connecting sections (10) of adjacent bouclé threads (8) form strip-like connecting zones in which, since the bouclé thread (8) is compressed therein, gas exchange with a cushioning layer (4) of fine animal hair is made easier. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Der Bezugsstoff weist ein formstabiles Untergewebe (1) auf mit einer unteren Lage aus hochfestem Garn aus Polypropylen, Polyester oder Polyamid und einer oberen Lage aus ebenfalls festem Baumwollgarn. Die Maschenweite beträgt jeweils zwischen 0,1 mm und 2 mm. Im Interesse einer physiologisch günstigen und angenehmen Oberfläche ist der Bezugsstoff mit einem Obergewebe (7) versehen, dessen Schuss aus Boucléfäden (8) mit Kernfaden aus Polyamid, Baumwolle oder Polyester und Mantel aus naturbelassener Baumwolle besteht sowie Kettfäden (9) aus Baumwolle. Die Boucléfäden (8) sind zwischen Verbindungsabschnitten (10), an denen sie unter Kettfäden des Untergewebes (1) durchgezogen sind, flottierend geführt. Die Verbindungsabschnitte (10) nebeneinanderliegender Boucléfäden (8) bilden streifenförmige Verbindungszonen, in denen, da dort der Boucléfaden (8) komprimiert ist, Gasaustausch mit einer Polsterschicht (4) aus Feintierhaar erleichtert ist. <IMAGE>
