[origin: WO9110370A1] The invention concerns means for improving the environment, for example in hog confinements and horse stables, and for keeping hogs and horses and other animals as well as human beings, for example animal handlers, in good health. The means consist of a mixture comprising on the one hand sarsaponines of the Yucca Schidigera plant and on the other hand garlic in appropriate form, and it is supplied commercially for blending into all kinds of feed in definite quantities so that the relevant animals receive appropriate proportions.

L'invention concerne un procédé pour améliorer l'environnement, comme par exemple dans les porcheries et les écuries, et pour maintenir en bonne santé les porcs et les chevaux, ou tout autre type d'animaux, ainsi que les êtres humains comme par exemple les personnes s'occupant d'animaux. Le procédé consiste en un mélange comprenant d'une part des sarsaponines extraites de la plante Yucca Schidigera et comprenant d'autre part de l'ail sous une forme appropriée; on peut se procurer ce mélange dans le commerce pour le mélanger à tous les types d'aliments suivant des quantités prédéterminées afin que les animaux concernés reçoivent les proportions qui leur conviennent.
