Abstract (en)
In a process for the fabrication of phlegmatised high-power explosive, particularly hexogen (RDX), as a constituent of plastic-bound explosives or propellant powders, the particulate explosive of a particle size of up to 20 mu m is suspended together with a phlegmatising polymer in an aqueous dispersion, the slurries are applies to a revolving heated roller, the coating is dried at a temperature of > 100 DEG C and, after drying, scraped off the roller.

Bei einem Verfahren zur Herstellung von phlegmatisiertem, hochenergetischem Sprengstoff, insbesondere Hexogen (RDX), als Bestandteil kunststoffgebundener Sprengstoffe oder Treibladungspulver wird der partikelförmige Sprengstoff mit einer Korngröße bis 20 µm mit einem phlegmatisierenden Polymer in wäßriger Dispersion aufgeschlämmt, die Schlämme auf eine umlaufende, beheizte Walze aufgetragen, der Auftrag bei einer Temperatur > 100 °C getrocknet und nach dem Trocknen von der Walze abgeschabt.
