Abstract (en)
A method and a closable transport container (1) are proposed for the loading (33) and unloading (32) of formless waste, but not waste containing flowable pollutants. For the purposes of a largely environmentally friendly process, the waste is a) introduced into the transport container through a tightly sealable opening (17) in a loading station (21) with sealing-off relative to the atmosphere and disposal of the quantities of gas (34) displaced by the waste in the transport container, and b) in an unloading station (31), extruded through a likewise tightly sealable opening (27) into the unloading station (31) by a displacement piston (6), located in the transport container, with sealing-off relative to the atmosphere. The transport container has an elongate pressure chamber (2) with a movable displacement piston (6) for the waste and at least one opening (17, 27), provided with a closure member (18, 28), and a coupling device (19, 29) assigned to the opening for the connection of the opening (17, 27) to a complementary coupling part (20, 30) in the loading and unloading station. <IMAGE>

Es werden ein Verfahren und ein verschließbarer Transportbehälter (1) zum Beladen (33) und Entladen (32) von formlosen, aber nicht fließfähigen, Schadstoffe enthaltenden Abfällen vorgeschlagen. Zum Zwecke einer weitgehenden Umweltschonung werden die Abfälle a) in einer Beladestation (21) unter Abschluß gegenüber der Atmosphäre und unter Entsorgung der von den Abfällen im Transportbehälter verdrängten Gasmengen (34) durch eine dicht verschließbare Öffung (17) in den Transportbehälter eingebracht, und b) in einer Entladestation (31) durch einen im Transportbehälter befindlichen Verdrängerkolben (6) und unter Abschluß gegenüber der Atmosphäre durch eine gleichfalls dicht verschließbare Öffnung (27) in die Entladestation (31) extrudiert werden. Der Transportbehälter besitzt eine langgestreckte Druckkammer (2) mit einem verschiebbaren Verdrängerkolben (6) für den Abfall sowie mindestens eine mit einem Verschlußorgan (18, 28) versehene Öffnung (17, 27) und eine der Öffnung zugeordnete Kupplungseinrichtung (19, 29) für die Verbindung der Öffnung (17,27) mit einem komplementären Kupplungsteil (20, 30) in der Belade- und Entladestation. <IMAGE>
