Abstract (en)
In order to combine as a delivery unit a wing-hinge assembly kit, consisting of a wing hinge (2,3) and of at least one washer (4) assigned to one hinge wing (3) and intended for forming a paint breakaway edge, as well as of a moulding (6) marking the originally set alignment of the door and of at least one fastening screw (5), and thereby to reduce the amount of time necessary for the consignment and assembly of the wing hinge, it is proposed that the fastening screw or fastening screws (5) have a threadless shank part (9) and, in total, an undersize in relation to the passage bores (10) assigned to them in the hinge wing (3), the fastening screw or fastening screws (5) being assigned a position-fixing device in the washer (4) and the moulding (6) being assigned a support (19) both on the hinge wing (3) and on the washer (4). <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Um einen aus einem Flügelscharnier (2,3) und wenigstens einer dem einen Scharnierflügel (3) zugeordneten Unterlegplatte (4) zur Bildung einer Lackabrißkante sowie einem die ursprünglich eingestellte Ausrichtlage der Tür markierenden Formteil (6) und wenigstens einer Befestigungsschraube (5) bestehenden Montagesatz für ein Flügelscharnier zu einer Liefereinheit zusammen zu fassen und damit den erforderlichen Zeitaufwand für Versand und Montage des Flügelscharnieres zu verringern wird vorgeschlagen, daß die Befestigungsschraube(n) (5) ein gewindeloses Schaftteil (9) sowie insgesamt den ihnen zugeordneten Durchgangsbohrungen (10) im Scharnierflügel (3) gegenüber ein Untermaß aufweisen, wobei der oder den Befestigungsschrauben (5) eine Lagensicherung in der Unterlegplatte (4) und dem Formteil (6) eine Abstützung (19) sowohl am Scharnierflügel (3) als auch an der Unterlegplatte (4) zugeornet ist. <IMAGE>
