Abstract (en)
The dispenser according to the invention comprises: a fixed part (1) with a tab (5) for fastening on the wall, clamping two tubular elements (8, 9); two identical, U-shaped tubular arms (2, 3), each having a small branch (2'', 3'') and a large branch (2', 3'), the small branches being capable of fitting inside the fixed tubes to form an assembly where the two arms (2, 3) pivot axially with respect to the fixed part (1), one (2') of the large branches supporting the paper roll while the other (3') remains free to rest on the roll and acts as a brake when a sheet or a part of the paper is being pulled. <IMAGE>
