Abstract (en)
The invention relates to a closure of a metal barrel having a clamping collar (18). The hoop (3) of the barrel comprises stopping means placed under the helically wound edge (4) of the hoop (3) of the barrel, these stopping means determining an annular concavity (21) turned towards the outside of the barrel, the dimensions of the clamping collar (18) being such that, when it is tightened into place, the free edge (20) of its lower strip (19) is engaged in the annular concavity (21), the diameter of this free edge (20) being nevertheless larger than the diameter of the bottom of this annular concavity (21). <IMAGE>
