[origin: JPH04338407A] PURPOSE: To reduce the friction of all movable members by a great amount by substantially reducing an application force for the movement of holding members, to enable the increase of device's life by a simple means, to enable the designing of each element of the depilating device to be lightweight by reducing an application force, and to reduce the whole cost of manufacturing of the device. CONSTITUTION: This device is provided with a casing 2 which houses a rotating cylinder 4 installed on a shaft 19. The rotating cylinder 4 is driven by a motor 10. A plurality of holding members 42 and 43 with an opening 44 are combined with the rotating cylinder 4. The holding members can be pivoted by operating members 26 and 27 and come into contact with each other in pairs. These operating members are arranged at a constant distance from the shaft 19 of the rotating cylinder 4 and freely movable against at least one spring 39.

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Epilationsgerät mit einem Gehäuse 2 zur Aufnahme eines über einen Motor 10 antreibbaren, auf einer Achse 19 gelagerten Drehzylinders 4, dem zahlreiche Aussparungen 44 aufweisende Klemmelemente 42,43 zugeordnet sind. Die über mit Abstand zur Achse 19 des Drehzylinders 4 angeordnete, gegen die Wirkung mindestens einer Feder 39 verstellbare Betätigungselemente 26,27 sind verschwenkbar gelagert und können paarweise gegenseitig zur Anlage gebracht werden. Um den Hebelarm zur Verschwenkung der Klemmelemente 42,43 zu vergrößern, verläuft die Schwenkachse der Klemmelemente 42,43 des Drehzylinders 4 mit großem Abstand zur Achse des Drehzylinders. <IMAGE>
