Abstract (en)
The fastening anchor has a plate section (1) and a pin section (2) protruding from it. These two sections are designed as a one-piece plastic moulding. A disc-shaped sheet part (4) is tightly welded to the plate section (1). A threaded rod (6) is screwed into the blind hole (3) of the pin section (2). The disc-shaped sheet part (4) is made of a plastic which can be connected in a sealing manner to a respective sealing layer (5). The fastening anchor is inserted with its pin section (2) into predrilled holes of a respective substrate and is, for example, adhesively bonded therein. The object to be anchored is to be connected to the threaded rod (6). There is thus a sealing layer surrounding the threaded rod (6), which sealing layer consists of the sheet part (4), the plate section (1) welded to it, and the pin section (2). This results in an impermeable anchor-fastening construction for surface seals, since the disc-shaped sheet part (4) is likewise connected in a sealing manner to the respective sealing layer of large area. Abstract (de)
Der Befestigungsanker weist einen Tellerabschnitt (1) und davon abstehenden Zapfenabschnitt (2) auf. Diese zwei Abschnitte sind als einstückiger Kunststoff-Gussteil ausgbildet. Ein scheibenförmiger Folienteil (4) ist mit dem Tellerabschnitt (1) dicht verschweisst. Im Sackloch (3) des Zapfenabschnittes (2) ist eine Gewindestange (6) eingeschraubt. Der scheibenförmige Folienteil (4) besteht aus einem Kunststoff, der sich dichtend mit einer jeweiligen Abdichtungsschicht (5) verbinden lässt. Der Befestigungsanker wird mit seinem Zapfenabschnitt (2) in vorgebohrte Löcher eines jeweiligen Substrates eingesetzt und darin z.B. verklebt. Der zu verankernde Gegenstand ist mit der Gewindestange (6) zu verbinden. Es liegt somit eine die Gewindestange (2) umgehende Abdichtungsschicht, bestehend aus Folienteil (4), damit verschweisstem Tellerabschnitt (1) und dem Zapfenabschnitt (2) vor. Dieses ergibt eine durchdringungsfreie Ankerbefestigungskonstruktion für Flächendichtungen, da der scheibenförmige Folienteil (4) ebenfalls dichtend mit einer jeweiligen grossflächigen Abdichtungsschicht verbunden ist. Der Befestigungsanker ist bei Flächendichtungen im Bauwesen verwendbar. <IMAGE>
