Abstract (en)
The present invention relates to a supporting structure (1) for a continuous band of material (14) inside drying units. The supporting structure (1) comprises a framework which supports a plurality of main cylinders (3-13) which define a path for the continuous band (14); the path extends substantially in the shape of a scroll from an entry region to an exit region, and the main cylinders (3-13), which define the scroll path, make contact with a same side of the continuous band (14). <IMAGE>
