The subject of the invention is a binder (1) with a stock (2), especially for filing loose sheets and insert sheets. <??>The binder (1) is of the binder-with-stock (2) type in which the binder block (1) is made up of a stock (2) and, projecting from the said stock, one or more filing leaves (3, 4, 5, 6, 7), the said leaf comprising one or two vertical strips (8, 9) coated with a non-permanent adhesive protected by a protective film, the thickness of the strips (adhesive plus protective film) being equal to the thickness of the compensating leaf (12) provided between two leaves of the binder block (1), to enable an optional insert filing leaf to be put into position. <??>The invention applies to files, particularly for accounting or similar documents. <IMAGE>
