An ornament (1) which can be worn visibly at the ear (2) contains a hearing aid attached in a hidden manner. For this purpose, an assembly plate (6) which carries components (7 to 9) of the hearing aid can be inserted into a recess (5) of the rear wall (4) of the ornament facing the ear. Ein sichtbar am Ohr (2) tragbarer Schmuckkörper (1) enthält eine verdeckt angebrachte Hörhilfe. Dazu ist in eine Aussparung (5) der dem Ohr zugewandten Rückwand (4) des Schmuckkörpers eine Montageplatte (6) einsetzbar, die Bauteile (7 bis 9) des Hörhilfegerätes trägt. Der das Gehäuse des Hörhilfegerätes bildende Schmuckkörper weist an einem Bügel (19) einen Clip (21) auf, der das Ohrläppchen (3) hintergreift und das Halteelement bildet. <IMAGE>
