A structural assembly for a fire-resistant partition wall in steel stud construction having rectangular hollow profile sections 1 as steel studs and, if appropriate, transverse struts as well as non-flammable wall panels 3 to be attached thereto is further developed in such a way as to facilitate installation and any (partial) removal which may become necessary. In addition, it is intended that lines can be laid more easily than hitherto. For this purpose, shell profile sections 2 of a non-flammable, non-metallic material of adequate mechanical strength are provided, which cover the hollow profile sections 1 on one attaching side as well as the two inner sides and at the same time form a bearing and a fastening base for the wall panels 3 or the like. Consequently, there is no direct fastening of the wall panels 3 to the hollow profile sections 1. Expanded mica which has been pressed into a solid form by the addition of binders is envisaged as the material for the shell profile sections 2, if appropriate also for the wall panels 3 and similar component parts. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Ein Bausatz für eine feuerbeständige Montagewand in Stahlständer-Bauweise mit rechteckigen Hohlprofilstücken 1 als Stahlständer und ggf. Querstreben sowie daran anzubringenden nichtbrennbaren Wandplatten 3 wird dahingehend weitergebildet, daß sich Montage sowie eine evtl. notwendig werdende (Teil-) Demontage vereinfachen. Außerdem sollen sich Leitungen leichter als bisher verlegen lassen. Dazu sind Mantelprofilstücke 2 aus einem nichtbrennbaren, nichtmetallischen Material von ausreichender mechanischer Festigkeit vorgesehen, welche die Hohlprofilstücke 1 an einer Anschlagseite sowie den beiden Innenseiten abdecken und gleichzeitig ein Auflager sowie einen Befestigungsgrund für die Wandplatten 3 o. dgl. bilden. Damit entfällt eine unmittelbare Befestigung der Wandplatten 3 an den Hohlprofilstücken 1. Als Material für die Mantelprofilstücke 2, ggf. auch die Wandplatten 3 und ähnliche Bestandteile, ist geblähter Glimmer vorgesehen, welcher unter Zugabe von Bindemitteln in feste Form verpreßt wurde. <IMAGE>
