[origin: DE4002555C1] The device disclosed for trimming burrs from foundry cores (3) and similar workpieces has a vibrator, a rigidly mounted base (10) supporting the vibrator, and a deburring template (4). To ensure efficient deburring, at the same time minimizing tool wear and the risk of damage to a workpiece, the design of the deburring device calls for the vibrator to move only vertically and for there to be no play between the surface of the workpiece (3) being deburred and the deburring template (4), so that burrs are trimmed off by the deburring template when the workpiece (3) is passed through the template.

Un dispositif pour l'ébarbage de noyaux de fonderie (3) et de pièces similaires, comportant un dispositif vibrant, une infrastructure (10) fixe supportant le dispositif vibrant et un gabarit d'ébarbage (4), est constitué, pour assurer un ébarbage efficace avec un moindre risque d'endommagement de la pièce et une moindre usure de l'outil, de telle manière que le mouvement de vibration du dispositif vibrant s'effectue uniquement dans le sens vertical et qu'il n'existe aucun jeu entre les contours du noyau (3) à ébarber et ceux du gabarit d'ébarbage (4), de sorte que les bavures sont coupées lorsqu'on fait passer le noyau (3) à travers le gabarit d'ébarbage (4).
