The invention describes improvements to the spray application of aqueous active ingredients liquors to textile materials, in particular in the context of the continuous treatment of web-like textile goods, the spray application taking place, in particular, under the conditions of aerosol/hot steam application. The invention proposes that the application is carried out with aqueous active ingredient liquors which, under the conditions of the spray application, contain foam-free or at least low-foam deaerator components dissolved, homogeneously emulsified and/or homogeneously dispersed in an increased concentration such that the penetrating wetting of the textile material takes place virtually immediately. A process for the simultaneous carrying-out of a plurality of treatment stages in one working step, and the compositions suitable for this purpose, for example compositions and a process for the simultaneous desizing, boiling and bleaching of cellulose-containing textile materials, are described.

Die Erfindung beschreibt Verbesserungen zum Sprühauftrag wäßriger Wirkstoffflotten auf Textilmaterialien, insbesondere im Rahmen der Kontinue-Behandlung bahnförmiger Textilware, wobei der Sprühauftrag insbesondere unter den Bedingungen des Aerosol/Heißdampf-Auftrags erfolgt. Die Erfindung sieht vor, daß mit wäßrigen Wirkstoffflotten gearbeitet wird, die unter den Bedingungen des Sprühauftrages schaumfreie oder wenigstens schaumarme Entlüfterkomponenten gelöst, homogen emulgiert und/oder homogen dispergiert in derart erhöhter Konzentration enthalten, daß die durchdringende Netzung des Textilmaterials praktisch unmittelbar erfolgt. Beschrieben sind weiterhin Verfahren zur gleichzeitigen Durchführung einer Mehrzahl von Behandlungsstufen in einem Arbeitsschritt, sowie die hierzu geeigneten Mittel beispielsweise Mittel sowie ein Verfahren zum gleichzeitigen Entschlichten, Abkochen und Bleichen von cellulosehaltigen Textilmaterialien.
