A process for dyeing textile fibre materials with water-soluble dyes, in particular anionic dyes, and of these in particular those having a fibre-reactive group, in which the dyeing is carried out using low-electrolyte or completely electrolyte-free and/or low-alkali or completely alkali-free dyeing liquors or printing pastes and, as the textile material, a fibre material is used which has been modified with a silane compound containing amino groups. The modification of the fibre material is effected by applying the silane compound containing amino groups to the material in aqueous solution and subjecting the impregnated material to heat treatment. In addition, novel silane compounds are described which contain a secondary amino group and can likewise be employed for the purpose mentioned.

Ein Verfahren zum Färben von textilen Fasermaterialien mit wasserlöslichen Farbstoffen, insbesondere anionischen Farbstoffen, von diesen insbesondere solche mit einer faserreaktiven Gruppe, bei welchem man die Färbung unter Anwendung elektrolytarmer oder gänzlich elektrolytfreier und/oder alkaliarmer oder gänzlich alkalifreier Färbeflotten oder Druckpasten durchführt und als textiles Material ein Fasermaterial verwendet, das mit einer aminogruppenhaltigen Silanverbindung modifiziert wurde. Die Modifizierung des Fasermaterials erfolgt in der Weise, daß man die aminogruppenhaltige Silanverbindung in wäßriger Lösung auf das Material aufbringt und das imprägnierte Material einer Hitzebehandlung unterwirft. Desweiteren werden neue Silanverbindungen, die eine sekundäre Aminogruppe enthalten und ebenfalls für den genannten Zweck eingesetzt werden können, beschrieben.
