Stellvorrichtung mit einem Holm mit wenigstens einer seitlich angeordneten verstellbaren Öffnung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Öffnung im Holm angeordnet ist, daß der Holm aus einem äußeren Mantelrohr [1] und wenigstens einem koaxial darin angeordneten Innenteil [2], [3] besteht, daß wenigstens eines der Teile [1], [2] um die gemeinsame Achse relativ zu dem anderen Teil [1], [2] drehbar ist, daß das Mantelrohr [1] und das Innenteil [2], [3] jeweils wenigstens einen entlang einer Bahn [4] bis [6] verlaufenden Spalt aufweisen, wobei die Spaltbahn [4] des Mantelrohres [1] und die des Innenteiles [2], [3] zueinander schräg verlaufen, derart, daß sie in wenigstens einem begrenzten Korrespondenzbereich [7] miteinander korrespondieren, welcher bei relativer Drehung von Mantelrohr [1] und Innenteil [2], [3] etwa längs des Holmes wandert, wobei der Korrespondenzbereich die seitliche Öffnung darstellt. <IMAGE>
