Abstract (en)
The invention shows a linear-shed multi-phase loom having a weaving rotor (1) and insertion elements (2) which insert the warp yarns (3) into high and low shedding points of the weaving rotor (1), whilst the weaving rotor combs rotationally through the sheds (6) thus formed, until a weft (7) shot in in the meantime butts against a stop strip (8). According to the invention, warp yarns (3a, 3b) are inserted into the gaps (11) of the combs, the low points (5) of a warp yarn (3) being located in gaps (11) aligned in the direction of rotation (9), and the high points (4) for a warp yarn (3a, 3b) being formed by a longitudinal yoke (13a, 13b), extending along the direction of rotation (9), as a saddle point of drop wires (12), aligned with one another in the direction of rotation (9) and allocated to the warp yarn, between a stop tab (14) and a holding tab (15). When there are two warp yarns (3a, 3b) in a gap (11), for crossing-free insertion the drop wires adjacent on the left are allocated to the left-hand warp yarn and the drop wires adjacent on the right are allocated to the right-hand warp yarn for the possible high points (4). <IMAGE>

Die Erfindung zeigt eine Reihenfachwebmaschine mit Webrotor (1) und mit Einlegeelementen (2), welche die Kettfäden (3) in fachbildende Hoch- und Tiefpunkte des Webrotors (1) einlegen, während der Webrotor die so gebildeten Fächer (6) bis zum Anschlag eines zwischenzeitlich eingeschossenen Schusses (7) an einer Anschlagleiste (8) umlaufend durchkämmt. Erfindungsgemäss sind in die Lücken (11) der Kämme Kettfäden (3a, 3b) eingelegt, wobei die Tiefpunkte (5) eines Kettfadens (3) in in Drehrichtung (9) fluchtenden Lücken (11) liegen und die Hochpunkte (4) für einen Kettfaden (3a, 3b) durch ein Längsjoch (13a, 13b) längs zur Drehrichtung (9) als Sattelpunkt von in Drehrichtung (9) miteinander fluchtenden und dem Kettfaden zugeteilten Lamellen (12) zwischen einer Anschlagnase (14) und einer Haltenase (15) gebildet sind. Bei zwei Kettfäden (3a, 3b) in einer Lücke (11) sind zum kreuzungsfreien Einlegen dem linken Kettfaden die links angrenzenden und dem rechten Kettfaden die rechts angrenzenden Lamellen für mögliche Hochpunkte (4) zugeteilt. <IMAGE>
