[origin: DE3928214A1] A burner with fuel gas recycling for free-flowing fuels comprises a combustion air inlet tube (1), a fuel nozzle (5), a connected mixing tube (6) and a flame tube (7) into which the mixing tube (6) extends. The flame tube (7), together with the wall of the mixing tube (6), delimits an annular space (11) through which fuel gas flows and which communicates with the inside of the mixing tube (6) through openings (12). The mixing tube (6) is designed as a funnel which widens in the flow direction. The wall of the flame tube (7) in the region of the mixing tube (6) is parallel to the wall of the mixing tube (6) and arranged at a short distance from the latter to form a narrow conical annular gap (11) through which the recycled fuel gases flow at high velocity, heating the mixing tube (6) to very high temperatures. As a result, the preparation of the fuel-air-fuel gas mixture in the mixing tube (6) is considerably improved.

Brûleur à réinjection de gaz combustible pour combustibles coulants, comportant un tuyau d'alimentation (1) en air de combustion, un gicleur (5) de combustible, un tuyau mélangeur (6) annexe et un tube à flammes (7) dans lequel passe le tuyau mélangeur (6) et qui délimite avec la paroi du tuyau mélangeur (6) un espace annulaire (11) traversé par le gaz combustible et relié avec l'intérieur du tuyau mélangeur (6) par des ouvertures (12). Le tuyau mélangeur (6) forme une trémie s'agrandissant dans le sens de l'écoulement. La paroi du tube à flammes (7) se situe dans la zone du tuyqu mélangeur (6) parallèlement à la paroi de celui-ci et à un espacement réduit de façon à former un passage annulaire (11) conique et étroit à travers lequel les gaz de combustion réinjectés circulent à grande vitesse et réchauffent le tuyau mélangeur (6) à des températures trés élevées. De ce fait, la préparation du mélange combustible-air-gaz combustible dans le tuyau mélangeur (6) s'améliore considérablement.
