To ensure that the drum empties completely when it is held upside down inclined at a slight angle to the vertical, a circular inclined plane (10) is incorporated in the upper end (12) of the drum on both sides of the bunghole nozzle (16), the plane being flush with the lower-lying plane of the base (20) of the bunghole housing (18).
