[origin: WO9112182A1] Drum having a side wall (1), a top wall (2) and a bottom, said top wall (2) and bottom being connected with the side wall (1) by means of a folded seam (4) and in which said top wall (2) has an aperture (5, 6) for filling and emptying, said top wall (2) being curved inwards inside a circle (10) which surrounds the outermost parts of the aperture(s) (5, 6) and is close to the inner side of the side wall (1), thereby forming an edge strip (11) while at the aperture the top wall has a strip (15) which extends from said circle (10) towards said aperture at a small angle with the horizontal such that in the inverted position of the drum the strip (15) extends from the edge strip downwards to the aperture(s) (5, 6).
