In the case of a method for the fabrication of structures and buildings by the modular technique and in the case of a module prefabricated dimensionally accurately for carrying out the method, it is proposed to secure the connection of the individual modules to form a static monostructure by the modules maintaining a continuous intermediate space between precast concrete ceiling (22) and precast concrete floor (19) when the said modules are placed one on top of the other by creating a spacing in each case in the corner regions, which space is filled subsequently, depending on the progress of building, by introducing casting concrete (24) while at the same time forming a casting-concrete intermediate level, the filling with the casting concrete taking place through casting and/or inspection openings (32, 33) in the respective floor slab of the corresponding fit-on module. To create the spacing, reinforcing cages (16) which are highly accurate in height and provided with additional stiffening elements (25, 26) are drawn into the corner regions of each module. <IMAGE>

Bei einem Verfahren zur Herstellung von Bauwerken und Gebäuden in Modulbautechnik sowie bei einem maßgenau vorgefertigten Modul zur Durchführung des Verfahrens wird vorgeschlagen, die Verbindung der einzelnen Module zu einer statischen Monostruktur dadurch zu sichern, daß beim Übereinanderstellen der Module diese durch Abstandsbildung jeweils in den Eckbereichen einen durchgehenden Zwischenraum zwischen vorgefertigter Betondecke (22) und vorgefertigtem Betonboden (19) einhalten, der anschließend je nach Baufortschritt durch Einbringen von Vergußbeton (24) unter gleichzeitiger Bildung einer Vergußbetonzwischenebene ausgefüllt wird, wobei das Einfüllen des Vergußbetons durch Verguß-und/oder Inspektionsöffnungen (32, 33) in der jeweiligen Bodenplatte des entsprechenden Aufsatzmoduls erfolgt. Zur Abstandsbildung werden in der Höhe hochgenaue, mit zusätzlichen Versteifungselementen (25, 26) versehene Armierungskörbe (16) in den Eckenbereichen jedes Moduls herangezogen. <IMAGE>
