2.1 In the case of a known cylinder head with oil ducts for supplying the hydraulic tappets and camshaft bearing with lubricating oil costly mould cores which are difficult to form are necessary for its manufacture. The resulting risk of damage during construction of the mould and during the casting process is correspondingly high. 2.2 According to the invention the oil ducts 6a, 6b, 6a', 6b' are so arranged and so designed with connections to the recesses 1a, 1b, 1c, 1d for the hydraulic tappets or valves and to the camshaft bearings that the entire lubricating oil ducting system can be moulded by means of a single, robust mould core. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
2.1 Bei einem bekannten Zylinderkopf mit Ölkanälen zur Versorgung der Hydrostößel und Nockenwellenlagerung mit Schmieröl sind bei dessen Herstellung aufwendige und schwierig zu formende Gießkerne notwendig. Entsprechend groß ist das daraus resultierende Risiko von Beschädigungen während des Aufbaus der Form und während des Gießvorgangs. 2.2 Erfindungsgemäß sind die Ölkanäle 6a, 6b, 6a', 6b' so angeordnet und mit Verbindungen zu den Ausnehmungen 1a, 1b, 1c, 1d für die Hydrostößel beziehungsweise Ventile sowie zu den Nockenwellenlagern so ausgebildet, daß das gesamte Schmierölkanalsystem durch einen einzigen stabilen Gießkern geformt werden kann. <IMAGE>
