A powdered detergent containing a mixture of a protease enzyme and an amylase enzyme, wherein said diswashing composition comprises in percent by weight : <IMAGE> wherein said protease enzyme is Maxacal protease enzyme and said amylase enzyme is Maxamyl amylase enzyme, a weight ratio of said protease enzyme to said amylase enzyme being 5:1 to about 1.1:1, wherein said detergent dishwashing composition has a pH of less than 10.5, at a concentration of 10 grams/liter.
