[origin: EP0516583A1] Turntables (4, 4a, 4b) whose rotary bearing (5) is integrated directly into the supporting structure consisting of two main carriers (6, 6') are arranged on a railway wagon (1). As a result, the previously customary auxiliary frame which had to be attached to the loading surface (15) of the railway wagon is dispensed with. The structure is substantially more stable since transverse forces on the turntable are taken up directly by the main carriers.
