The invention relates to a lighting fitting having a head part and a neck part, joined thereto, in the form of a bollard, and having a light source located in the head and/or neck part, at least one of the two parts consisting at least partially of a transparent material. 2.1. It is the object of the invention to provide a lighting fitting of the type specified above, in which a specific light emission is rendered possible by means of illuminating panels. 2.2. This is achieved when the parts of the lighting fitting have surfaces of differing transparency through which the light can optionally be emitted directed diffusely on all sides and/or upwards and/or downwards. <IMAGE>
