The invention relates to the use of aqueous solutions with water as the sole solvent for the other constituents, without a nitrite content, and containing a) at least one borate and/or phosphate of ammonium, alkali metals and/or metals of the second group of the Periodic Table (single salt or double salt), which is stable in the molten state up to at least 1000 DEG C, in quantitative proportions from 0.01% by weight, expressed as the anhydrous form, relative to the total quantity of the constituents of the solutions, up to the solubility limit, as a lubricant and b) at least one alkali metal silicate and/or ammonium silicate in quantitative proportions from 0.01 to 0.5% by weight, expressed as the anhydrous form, relative to the total quantity of the constituents of the solutions, as a wear-reducing additive or wear-reducing additives, in cutting work with chip removal.
Abstract (de)
Gegenstand der Erfindung ist die Verwendung von wäßrigen Lösungen mit Wasser als alleinigem Lösungsmittel für die übrigen Bestandteile ohne Nitritgehalt mit einem Gehalt an a) mindestens 1 Borat und/oder Phosphat von Ammonium, Alkalimetallen und/oder Metallen der zweiten Gruppe des Periodischen Systemes (einfaches Salz oder Doppelsalz), das im Schmelzzustand bis mindestens 1 000°C stabil ist, in Mengenanteilen von 0,01 Gew.-%, ausgedrückt als wasserfreie Form, bezogen auf die Gesamtmenge der Bestandteile der Lösungen, bis zur Löslichkeitsgrenze als Schmiermittel und b) mindestens 1 Alkali- und/oder Ammoniumsilikat in Mengenanteilen von 0,01 bis 0,5 Gew.-%, ausgedrückt als wasserfreie Form, bezogen auf die Gesamtmenge der Bestandteile der Lösungen als verschleißminderndem Zusatz beziehungsweise verschleißmindernden Zusätzen bei spanabhebenden Schneidearbeiten.
