Abstract (en)
There is disclosed an improved package (1) for packaging deep frozen food products,(3) in particular fish, crostacea and molluscs, either not pre-processed or pre-processed. The package comprises a heat molded tray, (2) therewith a clear protective film (4) cooperates, made of a plastic material,which can envelop, in a vacuum condition, the food products so as to adhere to the latter while allowing a perfect vision of the products by the consumer. The tray, in particular, is contained in a cardboard casing having a profiled window. <IMAGE>
