Abstract (en)

[origin: WO9208019A1] Device for end-to-end joining of two threaded rods. According to the invention, the two rods are joined by a socket (1) inside of which are screwed two nuts (3, 13), the nuts resting against sleeves (4, 14), screwed on the ends of the rods (2, 12), the diameter of said sleeves being less than the internal diameter of said socket (1) while the internal diameter of the nuts is considerably greater than the diameter of the rods (2, 12).

Dispositif de liaison bout à bout de deux barres filetées. Selon l'invention, les deux barres sont réunies par une douille (1) à l'intérieur de laquelle sont vissés deux écrous (3, 13), les écrous portent contre des manchons (4, 14), vissés sur les extrêmités des barres (2, 12), le diamètre des manchons étant inférieur au diamètre interne de la douille (1) alors que le diamètre interne des écrous est très supérieur au diamètre des tiges (2, 12).
