The invention relates to a non-self-supporting ship cabin (21) which, without its own floor, stands with its wall panels (18a) on a sliding frame (1) dimensionally stable in a horizontal plane and after production ashore can be transported without problem to the intended location on the deck of a ship. Die Erfindung betrifft eine nicht selbstragende Schiffskabine (21), die ohne eigenen Boden mit ihren Wandpaneelen (18a) auf einem in einer waagerechten Ebene formstabilen Gleitrahmen (1) aufsteht und nach Herstellung an Land ohne Probleme an den vorgesehenen Ort an Deck eines Schiffes transportiert werden kann. Die Schiffskabine (21) braucht aufgrund des Gleitrahmens (1) nicht formstabil zu sein, was eine erhebliche Gewichtsersparnis bedeutet. Der Gleitrahmen (1) mit der Schiffskabine (21) wird zum Transport über das Schiffsdeck gezogen. <IMAGE>
