Abstract (en)

A heat treatment furnace for bulk materials, in particular metal sheets, which has a transport device for conveying the goods to be treated through the furnace. This transport device has two groups of longitudinal beams (1, 2) which carry the materials and lie alternately at a spacing next to one another and at least one beam group of which can be moved forwards over a part length of the transport path through the furnace in a higher position than the other beam group and subsequently, in a lower position than this other beam group, be moved backwards into its starting position. Provided under each longitudinal beam is a support construction (6) which supports it and is movable with it and which has at least one side surface which extends continuously over the entire length of the support construction and which faces the support construction of the adjacent longitudinal beam. According to the invention, there is provided between the two adjacent support constructions (6) a flexible tube (11) which likewise extends over the entire length of the support constructions and which can be expanded in cross-section by filling with a pneumatic or hydraulic pressure medium and thus brought to bear closely against said side surface. <IMAGE>

Abstract (de)

Ein Ofen für die Wärmebehandlung von stückigem Gut, insbesondere Blechen, die eine Transportvorrichtung zum Hindurchfördern des zu behandelnden Gutes durch den Ofen aufweist. Diese Transportvorrichtung hat zwei das Gut tragende Gruppen von Längsbalken (1, 2), welche abwechselnd im Abstand nebeneinander liegen und von welchen mindestens eine Balkengruppe in einer höheren Lage als die andere Balkengruppe eine Teilstrecke des Transportweges durch den Ofen hindurch vorbewegbar und anschließend in einer tieferen Lage als diese andere Balkengruppe in ihre Ausgangslage zurückbewegbar ist. Unter jedem Längsbalken ist eine diesen tragende und mit ihm bewegbare Tragkonstruktion (6) vorgesehen, die mindestens eine sich kontinuierlich über die gesamte Länge der Tragkonstruktion erstreckende Seitenfläche hat, die der Tragkonstruktion des benachbarten Längsbalkens zugewandt ist. Erfindungsgemäß ist zwischen den beiden benachbarten Tragkonstruktionen (6) ein sich ebenfalls über die gesamte Länge der Tragkonstruktionen erstreckender Schlauch (11) vorgesehen, der durch Füllung mit einem pneumatischen oder hydraulischen Druckmittel im Querschnitt aufweitbar und damit an die genannte Seitenfläche zur dichten Anlage gebracht werden kann. <IMAGE>
