Abstract (en)
In order to be able to detect early on, in the case of a bush-bearing (6) for a swing valve of a twin-piston concrete pump, the wear of the seals used, grease supply lines (13-13''') are connected to the bearings, via which lines lubricating grease is supplied by means of a pressure grease gun (22) connected thereto. Premature wear of the seals can be recognised by means of the additional connection, to the points of support, of grease offtake lines (14-14''). If a seal is worn, the grease used at the point of support in question is contaminated by fines from the concrete, which can be observed in the grease escaping from the grease offtake line (14-14'') in question. This detection at an early stage makes it possible to replace seals before the bearings are worn. Moreover, there is now no leakage of grease from the points of support to the outside, which is to be welcomed from an environmental point of view. <IMAGE>

Um bei einer Buchsenlagerung (6) für eine Schwenkweiche einer Doppelkolben-Betonpumpe frühzeitig den Verschleiß der verwendeten Dichtungen feststellen zu können, sind an die Lagerungen Fettzuführleitungen (13-13''') angeschlossen, über welche mittels einer angeschlossenen Fettpresse (22) Schmierfett zugeführt wird. Erkennbar wird ein vorzeitiger Verschleiß der Dichtungen dadurch, daß an die Lagerstellen darüber hinaus auch Fettabführleitungen (14-14'') angeschlossen sind. Ist eine Dichtung verschlissen, so wird das in der betreffenden Lagerstelle verwendete Schmierfett durch Feinpartikel des Betons verschmutzt, was an dem aus der jeweiligen Fettabführleitung (14-14'') austretenden Schmierfett erkennbar ist. Dieses frühzeitige Erkennen erlaubt den Ersatz der Dichtungen, bevor die Lagerungen verschlissen sind. Außerdem tritt nunmehr kein Fett aus den Lagerstellen nach draußen aus, was unter Umweltsgesichtspunkten begrüßenswert ist. <IMAGE>
