Abstract (en)

[origin: EP0519241A1] Drawing device (20), which preferably serves for rolling up or down a cloth (15) for a blind (10), has a cable pull (30) which starts on both sides in each case at the lower end of guide rails (12) arranged at the side of the cloth (15) and is fastened there, is guided by the rails via deflection rollers (25, 26) into a hollow profile (22) arranged transversely to these and is therein wound up around two rollers (31) one or more times. The two rollers (31) are arranged displaceably by a stroke in relation to one another and pressed apart by a spring element which in particular is formed by a gas-pressure spring (35). The hollow profile (22) is in this case guided in the two guide rails (12) by laterally arranged sliding elements (23) and fastened to the end of the cloth (15) to be displaced. As a result, this cloth is rolled down uniformly over its entire length by the drawing device (20) according to the invention. The drawing device (20) is constructed very compactly and simply as an independent separate unit. <IMAGE>
