[origin: EP0519842A1] In order to introduce the electrical lead via the top and "combed", a longitudinal slot (8) is provided in order to give it passage as far as the entrance (7) of the self-stripping transverse slot, and its barrel (4) is provided consequently with a diametral groove (12).
